I am based in Dedicated Conditioning in Stirling which is a relaxed, fun, independent gym with a team of PTs and members who work hard and don't judge!

I used to be unfit and unhappy with no confidence. I started the gym because I needed to change my life and that started with weight loss.
I lost a lot of weight quickly doing mostly the bike and treadmill because I was scared of everything else! I got myself a PT and learned SO MUCH.
Now, I have ran a marathon, taken part in Strongwoman competitions, lifted weights I never believed I was capable of lifting and pushed myself to limits I never had.
This year I will be taking on Hyrox Glasgow, the Alloa half marathon and the Edinburgh marathon. I believe you can do anything you put your mind to!
