A passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer on a mission to redefine fitness. For me, it's not just about sets and reps; it's about fostering a positive relationship with your body and celebrating every step of your fitness journey.

I coach experienced lifters, complete beginners and all in between, helping them achieve their individual goals through a personalised approach.

The gym should be a space where you feel empowered, not judged. I create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their fitness level or body shape, can thrive.

I am based in Dedicated Conditioning in Stirling which is a relaxed, fun, independent gym with a team of PTs and members who work hard and don't judge!

A Tailored Approach

Your fitness journey is as unique as you are. I design personalized workout plans that align with your goals, ensuring you not only see results but also enjoy the process.

I have made programmes for strength sports such as Strongman and Powerlifting, trained people for general strength, weight gain, weight loss and body re-composition.

From complete beginners to experienced athletes, I will create a programme to suit your needs and help you reach your goals.

Why I Do What I Do

I used to be unfit and unhappy with no confidence. I started the gym because I needed to change my life and that started with weight loss.

I lost a lot of weight quickly doing mostly the bike and treadmill because I was scared of everything else! I got myself a PT and learned SO MUCH.

Now, I have ran a marathon, taken part in Strongwoman competitions, lifted weights I never believed I was capable of lifting and pushed myself to limits I never had.

This year I will be taking on Hyrox Glasgow, the Alloa half marathon and the Edinburgh marathon. I believe you can do anything you put your mind to!
